We had a Fun Day scheduled for the 10th of September as a means of re-launching Bodelwyddan Chapel as a Children’s Church but because of the Queen’s death we had to postpone the event. The Outreach was re-scheduled for the 1st of October. The week leading up to the event was very wet but God performed a Miracle in answer to prayer by giving us a sunny day blessed with fun, joy and consolidated links with the Community.

We are in the process of setting up a Food Bank in Bodelwyddan and we have been working closely with the Town Council and as such Pastor Joseph George has been asked become a Town Councillor. A position he took up officially on the 23rd of June. Here’s a picture of Pastor George with the Mayor and Town Councillors at Queen Elizabeth II’s Memorial Service at St. Margaret’s Church, Bodelwyddan below:

Bodelwyddan Chapel has had a re-launch after the first few months of operating like a Pentecostal/Charismatic Church into an Outreach Church due to the needs of the Community. Our Service now incorporates Songs, Quizzes and Games centred around the Bible. So the Church is now called Bodelwyddan Chapel Children’s Church.

Joseph was commissioned as Pastor of Bodelwyddan Chapel on the 6th of March. Here are some pictures below:

BODELWYDDAN CHAPEL - A CHURCH WHERE GOD SPEAKS, A CHURCH WHERE GOD MOVES..............

We as a family are very excited to be a part of the Regional Vision of Chapel under the Leadership of Reverend Gwyn Parry. We will be the first in the Valley of Clwyd and will go by the name of Bodelwyddan Chapel. We have worked and had a heart for Bodelwyddan for a number of years and having had outreach events in Bodelwyddan in the past such as Toddler groups and Messy Church under the banner of Kinmel Bay Church, our son, Caleb has always referred to Bodelwyddan Community Centre as "My Church". It seems his prophecy is coming true after referring to it as his Church for a number of years now as the Scriptures say “Out of the Mouth of Babes God has ordained Praise” - Matt.21:16). Bodelwyddan Chapel is a Church being established to see a Move of God in Bodelwyddan. It is our desire to see a Church that is a praying and worshipping community and agents of transformation in the Community. It is our prayer that it will be a Church that Loves Jesus and puts him first, loves people and is sensitive to their needs, is willing to serve the community and is sensitive and responsive to the leading of the Holy-Spirit. Our Mission is to be focused on prayer for Bodelwyddan, the power of God to be made manifest in Bodelwyddan, the purpose of God to be revealed for Bodelwyddan and the presence of God to fill Bodelwyddan. We seek to achieve all these aims through participating in the weekly Chapel Fire Meetings, the Regional Chapel Meetings, our Weekly Sunday Services and Community Outreach in Bodelwyddan.
